DICE CIC is a trailblazing youth engagement agency and training provider specialising in co-created programmes, consultancy and employment pathways for 16 to 24 year-olds.

We champion young individuals facing intersectional barriers, including care-experienced individuals, those involved with the justice system, those excluded from mainstream education, and those facing systemic barriers to progression. Our work is grounded in lived experience, creative practice and practical outcomes.

Unlike traditional models, we embed young individuals into the process, shaping services with them, not for them — ensuring relevance, trust and long-term impact.
