WORK READINESS
COURSE
We deliver a work-readiness programme for young individuals aged 16–24 who are NEET or at risk, equipping them with the confidence, skills, and direction to access opportunities in the events and creative sector. Through hands-on workshops and real-world insights, participants build employability skills, explore career pathways, and gain the tools needed to move forward into education, employment, or training.
