MENTORSHIP & CREATIVE
PROGRAMMES

BIGSIS MENTORING PROGRAMME

A mentoring programme that supports young women aged 15-19 from Black and racially minoritised communities. Focusing on providing guidance for those at risk of exclusion, youth violence, disengagement from education, employment, training, or mental health challenges. Through mentorship, skills development, and connection with relatable role models, we help them build brighter futures.

GET INTO EVENTS PRODUCING TRAINING PROGRAMME

An immersive training programme designed for young individuals and creatives, equipping them with industry-relevant event production and creative skills. Providing hands-on experience and opportunities with industry professionals and career pathways in the creative sector. Specifically targeting those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and/or students.
