The DICE Crew Members Training Project

The DICE CIC team is currently delivering a youth-led research initiative as part of our DICE Crew Members programme. Funded by the Foundation for Future London and Do It Now Now, The DICE Crew Members Training Project: Research & Podcast Edition is a 3-month programme designed to develop the leadership, research, and communication skills of young adults aged 18–30 across East London.

Over the past eight weeks, our cohort of ten emerging community leaders has received specialist training in research methods, facilitation, community engagement, and creative content development, delivered in collaboration with experienced practitioners and community leaders.

This research project explores how young people and local residents engage with youth services — identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities to improve access, awareness, and meaningful participation. The insights and recommendations from this research will be shared publicly through a youth produced mini podcast series, amplifying the perspectives of young Londoners and informing future service development.

DICE CIC remains committed to strengthening community connections, supporting youth leadership, and driving innovative, evidence-based solutions to social challenges.
