The D.I.C.E Family is a committed team of young leaders, creatives, freelancers, board members and volunteers who are a big part of Dipped In Creativity Engagement. We work with our team to research, co-design and plan youth and community events, skills-based workshops and programmes.

Hey I’m Kianu and I currently manage our youth and community events and creative programmes. My career background specialises in youth work, employability support and training, event producing and hosting. I have a creative approach to youth and community projects and am passionate about designing and developing creative opportunities for young people, communities and youth organisations. I founded this organisation with my twin sister Aaliyah, as I know from my own lived experience how important it is for young people to have a safe space to learn, grow and access support and opportunities to reach their full potential. Hey Im Aaliyah, I lead on developing our youth programmes, youth engagement opportunities and collaborative partnerships. I specialise in designing and delivering youth programmes, progression routes support, coaching and mentoring, youth engagement and co-production work. I am passionate about mental health advocacy, using my lived experience to contribute to the youth work sector through coaching and mentoring. I have great knowledge and understanding of the challenges and conflicting issues affecting young people from growing up in a community where getting through school and accessing opportunities was not so easy!

Hi there! I’m Juju - brand coach, graphic designer and Founder of DBJ branding studio. I love everything that DICE stands for. They are exactly what I needed when I was younger and I am so proud to say I am part of the Dipped In Creativity Engagement team! My role is to develop the D.I.C.E brand and design everything from the website you're on now to the jumpers you can buy in the merch store. Hey my name is Peter but you can call me by my artist name Donso Pedro. I am an Event Host and Crew Member at DICE. I am a Multi-talented Artist: Singer, Songwriter, Rapper, Dummer, Actor, Host and BeatBoxer. Being able to join a youth team where I am able to connect with other creatives, learn and develop personally as well as contributing my creativity, voice and opinions to create change for young people and my community.

I joined DICE because I wanted to join a youth team, where I can express my creative skills in order to inspire and involve my community to do the same. Hey my name is Ronni and I am a Creative Producer and Art facilitator at DICE! Currently, I am a freelance artist and also work in the film/tv screen and events industry, contributing to different sets including working with Netflix, Fully Focused and Peloton. I joined DICE to be a part of a supportive and creative community, that wasn't solely based on economic profit but instead fuelled by the passion, hearts and genuine care for the young people in and amongst the team.
Candice Thorpe

My name is Candice. I grew up on the Islington/Hackney borders and have lived in East London for the majority of my life. Over the years I have witnessed and have also experienced first-hand the various challenges of young people growing up in and around my community. My core belief is that everyone has the right to a fair opportunity to access education and work and to be provided with adequate healthcare. I am a qualified lawyer with almost 20 years experience of working in the public sector, with a focus on protecting the rights of people from the most vulnerable sections of society. It is a privilege to serve as a board member for D.I.C.E and I am committed to the aim of supporting people to be the best versions of themselves. In my spare time, I enjoy the theatre, music and all forms of creative art.
Susannah Behr
Advisory Board Member
Susannah has almost 20 years of experience working across the third sector. She is currently Head of Programmes at the Mayor’s Fund for London, leading their employability and skills programmes for young Londoners from low-income backgrounds. She was previously Director of Development at Pro Bono Economics, a charity think tank supporting others to measure and communicate their societal impact. Before that she headed up the Business Engagement team at youth charity ThinkForward, delivering a range of employability activities including an award-winning business mentoring programme. Susannah started her career in events management and fundraising including roles at the Ideal Home Show, Imperial War Museum, Breast Cancer Haven and Impetus – the Private Equity Foundation. Susannah is passionate about creating equality of opportunity for all, and a firm believer in the power charitable organisations can have in innovating, meeting local needs and amplifying the voices of their communities. A born and bred Londoner, she currently lives south of the river with her young son and old cat.
Omolade R Adebisi (Rachel)
Advisory Board Member
Omolade currently runs the Venture Capital Secondaries investing at Isomer Capital. Prior to Isomer, she helped launch a VC secondaries fund in the Middle East and spent time investing in private equity secondaries at a mega-cap firm. Before her private markets journey, she worked in the Banking divisions of top-tier banks such as Citi. Omolade sees herself as an entrepreneur, having co-founded a grocery scale-up and founded the UK's first sweet postal bakes marketplace. As well as launching her own marketplace startups, Omolade has also helped a number of e-commerce start-ups to develop their growth strategies. Additionally, Omolade is a mental health advocate and a recipient of awards like the WeAreTheCity Top 100 Female Rising Star. She is dedicated to youth empowerment, mentoring, diversity, and poverty alleviation initiatives. She also sits on the board of Steering for Greatness Foundation. Omolade holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc Hons in Mathematical Economics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham, alongside passing all three levels of the CFA exams.
Justice Idehen-Nathaniel

Justice Idehen-Nathaniel is currently an Investigator and Practicing Legal member of the Enforcement and Market Oversight Division (EMO) at the Financial Conduct Authority, the UK’s top financial regulator. Justice was previously a Lead in the Legal Division of Guaranty Trust Bank plc for several years and was responsible for managing a $1bn+ litigation portfolio. Prior to his time in the Banking sector, he was practising Barrister in a Commonwealth jurisdiction specialising in commercial law litigation which involved working across Europe, Africa and Asia. Justice was educated at the University of Benin (LLB Hons in law). He studied at Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom completing an MSc in Management and Corporate Sustainability (with Distinction). He is a Chartered Manager and Chartered Arbitrator and has acquired certifications in Wealth, Investment and Financial Management from South Africa and the United Kingdom. He has engaged in volunteering activities with the GTCO Autism Initiative and FATE Foundation and now engages in peer mentoring and mentoring younger folks.

Hi, I’m Marina! In my day job, I am a programme manager at Expedia Group where I work in their in-house media team focussing on process optimisation, project management and measuring performance. Outside of work, I am actively involved in the North London community volunteering my time at charities focused on education, widening participation, and social inclusion. I am also passionate about mentorship and coaching. I'm really excited about the opportunity to join D.I.C.E as an Advisory Board member to work alongside the D.I.C.E crew and community to expand their offering and strategy. Sam is the Partnership Development & Grants Manager at Young Camden Foundation, an infrastructure organisation supporting the Children and Young People's sector in the London Borough of Camden. He has an extensive background in partnership management, bid writing, and business development, and is passionate about making a positive impact in the voluntary sector, with a dedicated focus on children, young people, and educational settings.
Faizaan Sami

Hi, I am Faizaan and I am an active member of the D.I.C.E advisory board. As a project design and evaluation specialist, I have supported development programmes in education, employment and entrepreneurship. I am invested in supporting community initiatives that provide adolescents and young adults with access to rich learning environments, opportunities to bridge new connections, and ultimately to support them in unlocking their potential. My previous research and evaluation work has focused on social and emotional learning, education attainment and behavioural change
Stephanie Papapavlou
Advisory Board Member
Hi, I'm Stephanie Papapavlou and I am an experienced leader, facilitator, programme designer, coach and evaluator. I am a Clore Social Leadership fellow. My career has been focused on training and development around conflict management, including running mediation training and facilitating government dispute resolution schemes at The Accord Group, creating systems and learning processes for managing organisational conflict at Amnesty International, and overseeing the design and development of conflict-oriented training programmes, facilitated interventions and co-produced projects as Director of Impact and Innovation at Leap Confronting Conflict. I have worked with hundreds of charities co-designing training and facilitating interventions to meet their needs and am excited to support D.I.C.E with the growth! I strongly believe in the power of creativity to enhance our potential, and alongside my freelance work in the charity sector, also a composer at Lucky Fox Studio.
