At the core, we are a grassroots organisation that has founded a community of young people and young adults that co-design programmes for 16-30-year-olds. We recognise the power of partnerships and love collaborating with other organisations and services. We use creativity as a tool to help those struggling with their mental health and our knowledge of the NEET sector (not in education, employment or training) to get individuals back into education or employment. We foster connections so we can rally around each other and embrace each other’s struggles and successes.

Here at Dipped In Creativity Engagement, we are committed to creatively supporting people to become the best version of themselves; we successfully do this through:

ACCESS TO CREATIVE OPPORTUNITIES
We work with creative partners within our network to provide members with the services, mentors, opportunities, and networks they need.
As the main partner for youth engagement, our goal is to help participants explore the creative industry, secure opportunities they typically wouldn't have access to, foster a positive mindset, and improve their well-being.Previously, we've seen significant improvements in young people's and young adults' attitudes towards learning and self-improvement. We have noticed a positive change in their mindset, demonstrating increased motivation and eagerness to develop both personally and professionally.
In 2023 we worked with The Halley Space, The Global Youth Awards, Make My Mark, Petok Productions and Roundhouse to signpost members to suitable creative paid and unpaid opportunities.
If you have a creative opportunity or job role which you would like us to share within our network of diverse, creative young Londoners - email our Youth Engagement and Partnership Lead at aaliyah@dicecic.org.
YOUTH AND COMMUNITY EVENTS
We plan and host community events to bridge the gap between young people and their communities, centring their contribution at the heart of our work.
Our #BRINGINGUSBACK Events Producing Programme allows young people to work together to organise and host our annual events, increasing their leadership, employability, technical and project-planning skills.

Our annual events include:
